Meanwhile, Rico tries to transform "Rico's" into a high-end restaurant by utilizing fancy restaurant gadgets like electronic pagers and a number dispenser.

Biography

Miley was born November 23 1992 in Franklin,Tennessee. She was given the name Destiny Hope Cyrus because her parents belived she was destined to great things, but changed her name to Miley Ray. Miley's parents are the singer and acter Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish. Miley was always smiling as a child her father Billy Ray called her Smiley. As she got older they changed it to Miley. Miley has two older siblings on her Mothers side (Trace and Brandi) and one brother on her fathers side. She has two full siblings (Braison and Noah.) They are both younger then her. Miley moved to Toronto when she was 8 years old. Her father Billy Ray said this is when Miley first said I want to act. Miley first starred as a guest role in a television series "Doc" and as a small role named Ruthie in "Big Fish". While she was in Toronto though she became more serious about acting and with the help of her father created a tape and sent it to Disney for a new show which whould be called "Hannah Montana". At first they told her she was too small after all the role was supposed to be played by a 15 year old girl and she was 11! But she never gave up she sent in many tapes and then finally they called her to come to LA. Once she stepped into the room everyone realized Hannah Montana had arrived. Miley got the part and now has her own albums as well! That just proves dreams really can come true!
