Elite
1. Must be hosted or subhosted. In very rare exceptions will Freewebs be accepted.
2. Must have a domain or subdomain.
3. Your site must be HQ & not contain any bad content.
4. You must link us before applying or right after. Under Pending is fine.
4. Once accepted must link me on all pages.
5. You must put EMiley in the Anything else box, so I know you read the rules.

Top
1. Most Sites are allowed Hosted or Non-hosted. But absolutley NO PICZO or easy site builders. Freewebs allowed if HQ.

2. Almost all Miley Cyrus sites accepted.
